Welcome

Picture
We at St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church joyfully embrace this mission: to celebrate the love of God by ministering to those in need; stewarding the earth; supporting one another; studying, praying, and laughing together; and practicing the liturgy of the Episcopal tradition. We warmly welcome all those of every background and orientation who wish to worship God in our company and join in our efforts to live out Christ’s example in our own lives.

We at St. Augustine's are delighted to welcome you to our Web site. We hope that you will visit us in person and give us the opportunity to worship with you and to get to know you. St. Augustine's is a Church where all people, from the very young to seniors, are active participants in worship and our Christian life.

All are welcome and accepted here, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. We are officially an “Open and Welcoming Congregation," meaning that we publicly state that we are welcoming to the Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, and Trans-gender community.

We are an Episcopal Church, a branch of the world wide Anglican Communion, which includes an estimated 70 million people in 164 countries. We are proud to be a part of this global Christian family.
