This profile was produced as a part of the search process for a new rector for St. Augustine's Episcopal Church in 2005, a position that has now been filled. The profile was produced by St.Augustine’s search committee with the assistance of the parish secretary,treasurer, vestry members, interim pastor, but most importantly through the participation of the congregation in self study exercises. The needs and goals expressed here, as well as the position description for the rector,were based on the results of a parish survey, twelve groups discussions conducted by the search committee and many additional one on one interviews.
