Community Committee is looking for new Volunteers This committee has helped serve our members who need some extra help, whether that is with meals during an illness, rides to appointments, or other sorts of easy, non-professional help. Do you sing, play the guitar or the violin, either solo or in a group? We would like to showcase your talents! St A’s has music at both of our Sunday services. The Choir sings at the 9 AM service, and other musicians provide direction at the 10:30 AM Service. This is a special opportunity for parishioners to showcase their talents by singing and/or playing as an important contribution to our worship program. In addition,we are looking for new choir members for our 9 am choir - so anyone interested in participating in this way should also contact Laura.

Peekskill Soup Kitchen - Help is needed one day each month for cooking various components of our meals. We provide one meal a month, delivered and served on the fourth Thursday of each month, to this long-standing local program that feeds 60-80 of those in need on a daily basis. Babysitters Coop - A Parents of children who are too young for Sunday School and perhaps too old to sit still during services are invited to participate in our Babysitting Coop for our 10:30 service. The service allows parents to share in looking after our children while allowing other parents to have some time for reflection and worship. Prison Ministry - The Diocesan Commission on Criminal Justice welcomes the participation of anyone interested in prison ministry. Ossining Prison Ministries at Sing Sing offers hospitality to family members visiting inmates as well as a children's program for those whose relatives are incarcerated, on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Eucharistic Ministers - Are you interested in helping our liturgical life? We are in need of a few more Eucharistic Ministers. Eucharistic Ministers read, lead the prayers, and lead the psalms at Saturday and Sunday services. They also assist at Communion. Middle and high schoolers can also participate.
